    I frequent the fairways and Walmart south side restaurants. the service in both is terrible. Since relocating to lethbridge the only thing that has improved is that fairway has hired Mike to clean. today walmart didnot have the burrito ingredeints. the fairways did not have correct change and no pen to mark the card. in the fairway drive through the first window never has a pencil to mark the card. each a.m.in the same restaurant the people at the till never have a pencil or pen to mark the card. now the service is not faster with one person taking the order and a runner filling the orders. this is not working . there will be people lined up to the door and one person on the till and you wait for the order just as long a before. redecorating has no tchanged anything but the fact the noise is terrible . I would like to see the two restaurants closed down and completely retrain all of the staff. when Sherry was managing things were worse. Always out of liners,proper sized coffee cups etc. She did not do anything correct and things are worse than ever. I will be writing again if things do not improve. I do not know how you sat open with this terrible service. Colleen
